I want to take a moment to recognize a fellow member of ARTS (Amateur Radio Transmitting Society) for his achievements in the 2023 Parks on the Air (POTA) Plaque Event.

Allan Davis (AC4HI) setup and spent the weekend up at Deam Lake State Recreation Area (K-4165) and knocked it out of the park. Being involved in POTA for less than a year, he was eligible for the Rookie Class in which he took home the award for Most Rookie Contacts with 1675 Contacts! That number also landed him in the Top 3 of Most Voice Contacts. If you have been in POTA for any length of time, you know who 1 and 2 are...they are staples out there. You are hanging with POTA royalty.

This is a great accomplishment that I know you are proud of and ARTS is privileged to have you.
Lets give Allen a warm round of applause!
